2019 HBPA Scholarship is No Longer Accepting Applications

This Hispanic Business/Professional Association & Foundation invite Spokane County high school seniors and current undergraduate college and university students, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, to apply! 

Scholarship recipients were awarded at the 24th Hispanic Graduates & Young Scholars Recognition Ceremony​​ on May 2nd, 2019 at Spokane Community College.
